    Priority One Appraisal Group, inc. is a quality oriented real estate appraisal company.  We strive to provide our clients with concise, accurate appraisals for several property types including: residential, 2-4 family units, vacant land, and small commercial properties.

    We do all of this in a timely manor which allows our clients to meet deadlines and rate locks.
