The fees for Priority One Appraisal Group as of January 1, 2005 are:

 

Single Family Residential Conventional $300
  FHA $400
          (w/interior insp.) Drive-By $250
     
     
     
Condominium/PUD  Conventional  $300
  FHA $400
     
     
     
2-4 Family 4 page form Conventional

$400
   FHA $500

Farms and commercial appraisals will be determined by assignment.

 Payment will be accepted either by COD at the time of the inspection, from the title company at closing, or a company check within 30 days of the receipt of the appraisal.
